Royal Dinghy

In April 2011 Stirling and Son built a 12′ clinker dinghy as a wedding present for Prince William and Katherine Middleton. The dinghy was built of mahogany on oak with copper and bronze fastenings, spoon oars and bronze fittings. The date of the royal wedding, XXIX IV MMXI, was relief carved into the transom and inlaid with gold leaf.
